It does seem clear that they had a plan, but "historically deep WR draft" and you enter with that many picks and leave with none of them... that is rough.

It is inexcusable that you don’t pick a single wide receiver. Say what you want about not being a GM with some of the picks, but to not draft a WR is inexcusable and stupid.
