I think the thing to remember is that they weren't that close to the Super Bowl. But they have the core to be a better team. The rookie class is not going to have a huge impact this year because off-season workouts are cancelled. We don't even know how much of a pre-season there will be or whether there will be a complete regular season.

Great pick and great time to do so. Queen was horrible at the combine. Hope Tight End or WR is possible in 2nd round, and the big D lineman from Utah in the 3rd, then sign Clay inside lb. Trade all the 6-7 round picks to get a 4th round back and draft Dye the Linebacker from Oregon in the 4th.

Tom, your last point is the most important. All teams are considering that they will have limited time/camp time with rookie players this year. In fact, if you had a player like Tua that you thought needed more time because of injuries, this was the perfect storm. Every team will be relying on veterans more than ever because of the Corona situation. Rookies impact will be minimal as most will be on red-shirt years because they will have limited reps on a new playbook. Great year to draft a QB for the future...

Moving up? We went through our normal process. We talked to a lot of teams just to find out what it was going to cost us. I had a conversation with Miami and it seemed like the right hting to do. It was just a fourth round pick. and felt it was the right pick.
