In the interest of full disclosure, I am not present at Lambeau Field today due to a personal issue. However, I'm watching it on TV and will answer all your questions and provide as much insight as possible. Michael Cohen will be providing updates from the press box so we should be covered. Thanks, Tom.

It's got to be. Maybe the Packers are more used to the weather, but I've found it's really just the toughest-minded teams that do the best in the worst conditions. The Texans run the ball well and that's a good start in December football, as McCarthy likes to call it. The Packers have a huge advantage at quarterback and that's what they have to exploit.

Thanks. The Packers claimed the slipperiness was due to high humidity and then the warmth that created a dew on the field. Since it was an early game, part of the field was in the shade and didn't dry up. That's what they say. CBS reported they sprayed something on the field, but the Packers said that was not a factor. We'll see how it goes today.

He's just not ready to play. They thought they could take advantage of his speed, but he's not physically ready to be a factor yet. He needs an off-season of weight training. After muffing that punt, they lost a lot of confidence in him. I think it's probably best to let him watch from the sideline for now.

I think Matthews will be more effective playing outside than if he were playing inside. But that shoulder is not going to be an easy thing to play through. I wouldn't be surprised if they severely limit his snaps, maybe just play him on third downs. Ryan hasn't been out that long so he should be OK from a football conditioning standpoint. But how well he's running on that ankle will be the key.
