I think they're going to have a lot of trouble with Gunter and Randall handling him. The only way they can control him is with pass rush. That's going to be the key to the game.
The Packers need Nick Perry and Clay Matthews to have big games on the edges. They have to put pressure on Manning and force the Giants to keep people in to help block them. On offense, they've got to keep doing what they were doing and not get too obsessed with running the ball just because it's cold out.
They know Wolf won't take that job. It's a terrible job. Nobody should take it. You saw Caserio from New England pulled out. The whole 49ers organization is disfunctional. Wolf or Gutekunst aren't going there. But it's good experience to interview.
I didn't get a chance to look when they were out for warmups. Pennel has not been activated to the 53-man roster. They had a one-week exemption on him. They have to decide this week what to do with him.

It really isn't that bad. I think as the sun goes down it might get a little colder and harder to stay warm, but I don't think this is as frigid as some other games the Packers have played in recent years. The wind is fairly strong and looks to be blowing to the North.
Well, if you read my view in the paper, you know that I've gotten burned by the Giants the last two times in the playoffs. I vowed to take them the next time. I think it's going to be close, but I just like the Giants' defense. I don't know if the Packers have a defense that can stop anybody in a close game. We'll see.
It kind of depends on the rush. If the Giants are bringing the heat then Ripkowski is a better option. He can pick up the blitz. If the Giants are clearly playing the pass, then they need to get the ball in Montgomery's hands. I think they will to start the game, but I want to see how the Giants play them defensively.
Pennel is not active and Jordan Tripp is a linebacker they picked up a month ago off the street to help on special teams. His last team was the Seattle Seahawks.
The only thing I would say is that I didn't know if both Josh Hawkins and Herb Waters would be active. I'm eager to see whether either of them plays.
I don't. Won't until I talk to him after the game. I think he must have just banged it up in practice and they felt like he needed to go on the injury report. On other hand, if he exits early, we'll know it was serious.

That's the million dollar question. I think they go with Randall. They can't have Hyde matched up with Beckham. I think you start with Randall and Gunter and then adjust if Randall isn't playing well.
I doubt it. I don't see anything slowing him down.
I think it will to some degree. But I don't think it's like no one can throw.
