You know what, you're right. I totally forgot they added that rule. Four players who have 2 years accrued experience can be part of the practice squad.
We'll be starting around 7 a.m. or so. No, not much inside info.
Shepherd back for the punt.
Shepherd needs to do something big to show he belongs. He has not had a lot of big plays. A couple of TD catches on scramble plays, but not much else.
DeShone Kizer is back out to start the second half.
Some good some bad. Definitely a drop off, but we're seeing a few of the guys who looked like busts coming along a little, i.e. Fackrell, Adams, T. Davis. But he definitely lost his edge.
Kizer has had not chance the last two plays, which is a shame because you'd like to see what he could do with a little bit of time.
Well, there's nothing in this game that points to whatever that is. There aren't enough 53-man roster guys on the team to judge. But if I had to pick something it would be whether someone other than Davante Adams can be a force on offense.
I'm starting to like them more. A lot depends on his injury, which the Packers have not said anything about.
No, I won't be able to make it over to their locker room.
You'll have to wait until game day Thursday when we make our season predictions. Sorry.
By the way, Sternberger is back on the sideline. He's not going to play, but i doubt he'd be there if it were something serious.
The lineups are so interchangeable right now that it's hard to tell anything from special teams. If one guy screws up, then the whole thing can break down.
Yes, but more importantly, Wolf used every available means to acquire talent. Ted only wanted to use the draft.
It gets there occasionally. The big thing is that the defense has usually adjusted so that it's unlikely the ball is thrown where the blitzing guy is coming from. The QB might not see that area as covered at first because the blitz is coming late.
I've been trying to tell everybody.
They're pretty set. Eventually, they'll have to do Bakhtiari again. Linsley will be up in another year. Aaron Jones if he blows up. But they've got a lot of guys signed to long-term deals.
He doesn't reveal a lot, but he tries to answer your questions. And he's available. That's really nice.
I think they'll probably lop off some of the guys they don't want for the practice squad, but they'll still be meeting Saturday because there are decisions to be made regarding trades and such. Plus, they'll be debating practice squad for a while.
James Crawford coming off the field. Doesn't appear serious.
