Agreed. They know all about Hicks. I did sense there was some trepidation on their part when asked about McCray, but they had to go with him. He really got them out of a bind last year, playing all over the offensive line.
I disagree. Where is Sitton now? Lane Taylor isn't the problem. David Bakhtiari isn't the problem and neither is Corey Linsley. The problem is that Bulaga looks slow and rusty and McCray has been terrible. No one has played great, but they've invested in their OL.
Aaron Rodgers has a knee injury and his return is questionable.
We finally got that update in the press box almost a quarter after he was injured.
I'm sure that is a consideration.
Packers are coming out of the tunnel and Rodgers has a cap on. He's walking out and not running. No helmet.
At the end, Rodgers jogged to the sideline and he's warming up with Kizer. But nothing has been said asa to whether he'll play.
Rodgers is stretching out his calves while throwing. He might be coming back.
Bears will receive, so there's still time before we'll see whether it's Rodgers or Kizer.
Bears will start at their 25 after the kickoff.
Bears are probably expecting Pettine to blitz a lot in this half. Look for a lot of those swing passes to get away from the blitz. Those and screens.
Matthews with a terrible missed tackle. He's got contain there. Cost them a first down.
Great play by Jaire Alexander blowing up that wide receiver screen. That's how you do it.
Martinez with the near interception and then Wilkerson commits a really stupid roughing the passer penalty. That just kills the defense.
Not the worst hit I've ever seen.
Looks like Pettine has the safeties playing closer and driving on these short passes.
More missed tackles. They can't get off the field.
Now the Bears are just pounding it down their throat. You can see the Packers are frustrated and bewildered.
They've got an answer for everything the Packers are doing.
