I actually thought it would be a defensive battle. The Patriots haven't been all that good on offense and I thought Belichick would have something to take advantage of the Packers' one-dimensional offense.
Jones will start off this drive.
Breeland and Tramon Williams.
Two tight ends to to start.
Jones up the middle. Should be writing that much more.
Hmmm, did they finally figure it out?
Two straight runs by Jones: 18 yards.
Jones coming out after that run.
Usually it was passing. He never ran the ball either.
Really a nice look from the Pattriots dropping both safeties at the very last minute and taking away Rodgers' targets. He made something out of nothing.
Gilmore is really playing Adams tight. He's not going to let him get down the field.
Packers seem to be able to run the ball up the middle anytime they want.
These runs are effective. They might not be gaining huge yards, but they're going to make New England respect the run.
Looks like Rodgers got the Patriots on 12 men on the field.
Couldn't tell if that was dropped or Kendricks had the ball stripped.
They finally got Adams open running him all the way across the field. Someone blew their coverage.
Patriots are really bottling up the receivers. They rushed four and dropped seven on that last scramble.
Boy, that draw seems to work a lot with Jones. He's so quick through the hole.
Graham had the match-up. He has to get two hands on that ball.
I don't know how they can come out of this series without one run.
Kendricks would have been wide open, but he tripped.
Might as well fake the run if you're not going to run it. Rodgers got the end to bite hard on the run and he found Adams on the scramble.
