I think Rodgers was going to Cook and just missed him. You could tell by his reaction that he just missed him. Cook didn't have anyone on him and would have had a good shot at the first down.

The thing we can't understand about special teams is how fast everything moves. It really does. Guys get caught between being aggressive and being on time.
Rodgers and Nelson are going to work that stop route I imagine and then try to get Slay deep. Watch for it.

Rodgers was way too locked in on the slant there. Montgomery was wide open to the right in the flat. I guess he liked that matchup.
That is a throw you won't see Rodgers miss a lot. He had Adams wide open in the middle of the field, but had to throw across his body and off balance. Should have hit Adams. Would have been a first down.
Montgomery totally whiffed on that play. The screen was to the left and he broke up the middle. They had it set up pretty nicely.
Let's let the game play out a little before making blanket statements.
