I guess there's hope. The Eagles are going to be without two starting offensive linemen, including Milwaukee's own Brandon Brooks, who came up with an illness. They'll be starting a rookie at right guard or right tackle. No Ryan Matthews either and Darren Sproles will play with a broken rib. So it's all there for them. If they can't do it here, they can't do it.
Incidentally, ILB Jake Ryan is inactive. And from warmups, Clay Matthews was still inside. If they try to go with Joe Thomas and Carl Bradford inside, this game is over before it starts.

It's too early to say who they should go after. They need tight end help if they don't keep Jared Cook and I imagine they'll draft one no matter what.
He's a good coach. He really is. He has done a lousy job this year of fitting his defense to his talent. It seems like it's been the other way around. It's been his worst year coaching, but on the other hand, no one can win with fourth string cornerbacks.
It's not official yet. They may have done it so they don't show their hand. They may do it only on early downs and move Matthews inside the rest of the time. Let's wait and see what they really do.
No. I think they're going to try to establish Starks. And they want to give Michael a chance. I expect them to get some carries.
I saw a glimpse of him on TV talking with Rodgers, but I'll get the binocs at some point and look for him.
I don't think it's BS. We've all seen Rodgers take his little shots at McCarthy. There's friction. How much, I can't tell you. But that's also true between a quarterback who has been around forever and a coach who has been around forever. McCarthy gave Rodgers tons of responsibility and some of it has gone to his head.
I'm interested to see what happens with him. I almost guarantee you they'll run some new package of running plays for Michael, some kind of counter or sweep or something like that.
