Packers need to win the division, so they don't have to go to Seattle in Round One of the playoffs as a Wild Card.
by The Hit Job12/18/2016 9:33:12 PM
Can't take mccharthy and capers conservative play calling anymore
by Joe12/18/2016 9:33:16 PM
Tom - Bears may have found a QB in Barkley. Poised. Strong arm. Get him some weapons and watch out.
by Matt12/18/2016 9:33:20 PM
Rodgers AGAIN bails team out. Imagine GB with an actual defense.
by Matt12/18/2016 9:33:26 PM
So does Thompson. Capers cannot do much if all he has is baby deer on ice for 'talent'
by Lambeau Squirrel12/18/2016 9:33:35 PM
A low win is better than a high loss
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:33:39 PM
Capers has to go or the schemes need to be changed sorry but this is getting old and TT needs to get some vets in here that understand the D being played tired of the "communication issues form playing rookies or 2nd year players talent alone is not enough to win in this league any more for GB the division has basically caught up with GB
by James12/18/2016 9:33:46 PM
A great clutch throw by Rodgers to lead to the win, but another disturbing defensive performance at the end. The defense has folded in how many huge games over the years?
by Skip Thomas 2612/18/2016 9:34:12 PM
Hello, all you negative posters, We Won!!!
by PackerBacker5012/18/2016 9:34:17 PM
Capers and staff can't stop Barkley and company which aren't exactly Joe Montana and the Bill Walsh coached 49ers, Capers has to be toast at seasons end since this team may make playoffs but will not progress
by Nate12/18/2016 9:34:25 PM
@Matt Would be a super bowl winner!
by rookie12/18/2016 9:34:32 PM
Defense and offense were both terrible today overall (minus the running game and Ha Ha's 2 INT)
by Lambeau Squirrel12/18/2016 9:34:45 PM
Barkley should be a keeper for the Bears next year. But how much of the comeback was due to him and how much was based on an appalling Packer defense in the 4th?
by Skip Thomas 2612/18/2016 9:36:33 PM
We needed a win got it, we needed Rodgers not to get injured any more, got it
by PackerBacker5012/18/2016 9:36:36 PM
Remember Adams dropped 2 easy TD throws an average NFL receiver catches or the offense would have looked much better,It's Capers stupid
by Nate12/18/2016 9:36:45 PM
defense looks awful
by SFGinSF12/18/2016 9:36:49 PM
The def will look awful with 56 and 52. They just stand around
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:42:22 PM
my least favorite player on the team, Micah Hyde, actually saved the game batting that pass down with 1:20 left in the game.
by Eric - Racine12/18/2016 9:42:24 PM
If Green Bay beats Minn and Det now to finish out they win the division..correct?
by Matt12/18/2016 9:42:32 PM
Capers and co are the problem as is MM for not recognizing his deficiencies long ago
by Nate12/18/2016 9:42:38 PM
Defense doesn't stop any team without a turnover. First two Bears possessions were punts and that was all for the game. Not going to work in most games. I don't even know who returns punts it happens so little.
by Cliff12/18/2016 9:42:48 PM
The Packers will have to be prepared for the Vikings best game next weekend with a tough defense and AP back. The Vikings still alive for a Wild Card despite being eliminated in the division race. Of course, losses by Tampa and Washington will help both teams playoff hopes as well.
by Skip Thomas 2612/18/2016 9:43:08 PM
Packers always will screw around until the very end. No lead is too safe for them. Sooner or later they will run into a team that will not let them off the hook.
by mr. tom12/18/2016 9:46:06 PM
Defense again the Achilles heel for Green Bay. Damarious Randall can't cover, and surely can't tackle. Thank goodness for Micah Hyde. No esprit on Defense.
by Rick12/18/2016 9:46:10 PM
How does a guy like Capers keep his job when anyone else in any profession with his productivity would be on the street ; Give me a break
by Nate12/18/2016 9:46:18 PM
Where was the reverse to Janis today
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:47:43 PM
McCarthy talking about how field conditions favored the passing game.
by Stu Courtney12/18/2016 9:49:54 PM
The funny thing is the pack will talk about their run game today and the truth is they did not block anyone Montgomery just made them miss tackles. Watch the film and see what I am talking about
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:50:01 PM
Defensive personnel is much better suited for a 4-3 defense
by N812/18/2016 9:50:04 PM
Another highly questionable decision is why the heck does R Rodgers ever see the field,Running backs are destroyed when he whiffs on every block and he has to be the slowest tight end in league history
by Nate12/18/2016 9:50:09 PM
@Jerry "Where was the reverse to Janis today". Should have run it at 27-10. did not. The rest is history
by rookie12/18/2016 9:50:31 PM
I would love to finally see Moss as DC in a 4-3
by N812/18/2016 9:51:25 PM
I don't care if he runs the wrong way Janis should play on passing downs over R rodgers, the punter can cover Rodgers
by Nate12/18/2016 9:52:51 PM
TT needs to be more active with FA for defense, can't all be on Capers if the players just don't have the skills and undrafted FA 'gems' don't have the experience if even if they have raw physical tools.
by Dave12/18/2016 9:52:58 PM
The reverse is their only counter run play. Watch the film again and the zone play always end up being a one gap play because the center is trying to reach a 3 technique which is imposssible to do
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:53:05 PM
Wow, with all the negative comments, you would have thought GB lost....Ya I'm not happy with the Bears comeback, but Barkley got hot, GB came back when they needed to for there 4th win in a row. The Bears almost beat the Lions last week, and beat the Vikings here at CHI. GREAT WIN and a great come back by the Pack., GO PACK GO
by Dhanni12/18/2016 9:53:51 PM
Good teams win games like these. MN will not be this difficult because they have no O-line and no offense.
Yes, I'm looking past them to Detroit.
by Beattie Feathers12/18/2016 9:53:54 PM
If you are impressed with Matt Barkley scoring 17 4th Q pts, then no way do they even get to the play offs.
by Bad Finger12/18/2016 9:54:38 PM
But they play great def and know the pack only runs flull flow run plays so that is a waste of time
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:55:11 PM
TT isn't going to change and Murphy will never fire him ,since Capers is an obvious failure he has to go
by Nate12/18/2016 9:58:42 PM
AR said Barkley played a great 2nd half, GB may the plays when they had to GO PACK GO
by Dhanni12/18/2016 9:58:47 PM
We can't go into another season with 52 at olb in a 3-4. He simply can't hold up physically. In if capers stays, make 52 play ilb or trade him. He could play olb in a 4-3, however.
by N812/18/2016 9:59:01 PM
Next week Bradford likely goes 35 for 35 against our defense but for under 200 yards as our DB's play 30 yards off the receivers and the Pack wins 22-21 with Rodgers hail marrying one in the last second.
by rookie12/18/2016 9:59:08 PM
GB will beat the Vikes, just like they beat the Seahawks !!
by Dhanni12/18/2016 9:59:14 PM
The Vikes' so-called great defense got abused today by a good QB. Their best player, Smith, is hurt. Stick a purple fork in them.
by Beattie Feathers12/18/2016 9:59:24 PM
Barclays throws ducks and the Bears know this , They out coached Capers with his deep zone drop backs
by Nate12/18/2016 9:59:29 PM
Great pass breakup by Hyde on 3rd down to prevent the TD
by Dhanni12/18/2016 9:59:38 PM
If the pack run a counter play off the outside zone play then our off line would have a chance to angle block and pull instead of always trying to reach block against an attacking front. Lawson this sets up a great play action pass with full protection for arod
by Jerry12/18/2016 9:59:55 PM
Vikings got destroyed AT HOME today by the colts....34-6. 5-0 then total collapse...I LOVE IT
by Dhanni12/18/2016 10:00:04 PM
What do we do with 52 this offseason?
by Clay Glassews12/18/2016 10:01:30 PM
One of the greatest throw and catches in Rodgers career
by Bruggi12/18/2016 10:01:33 PM
I agree with Jerry
by Nate12/18/2016 10:01:34 PM
52 and Cobb need to take a pay cut or be cut
by Nate12/18/2016 10:02:50 PM
52 does make great commercials ------ but that does not win games
by Jerry12/18/2016 10:04:23 PM
Can't blame D for letting Bears light up 4th Qtr. You can blame coaching for prevent D and more terrible offensive play calling. The shame is we will win on Rodgers back and then check out of playoffs early. Fans don't want to hear it but McCarthy needs to go. Forget the number of wins and look at playoff record. It is about finishing and McCarthy can't finish. Don't waste your time defending him with examples of player mistakes like the onside kick failure. If we did not let every game come down to the last play we would not be in this position.
by Tom F12/18/2016 10:05:40 PM
OK, that will do it for this week. Thanks for joining us. Tom will be back next Saturday for the game against the Vikings at Lambeau Field. Take care, everybody.
