Hello everyone, welcome to the JSOnline and PackersNews live blog of the Packers vs. Rams here at Lambeau Field.
How's everyone doing tonight? Are you ready for some backup football?
They're both on the bubble. First one to get me coffee makes the team.
Don't forget to log into the live cutdown blog on Saturday. We'll be going all day until the final cuts are in.
Maybe he realized his time is winding down and this is the best chance he's going to have to win a SB. He doesn't usually work that way but desperation can affect us all.
I don't know if there will be one. One guy who I wonder about is Brett Hundley. I'm told he's going to play the first half tonight. If they were totally sold on him, they wouldn't even need to play him tonight. They'd be looking just at Hill and Callahan. Seems unlikely they'd cut him, but he hasn't been all that great.
Training camp is a different animal. There's nothing on the line. McCarthy will tighten up as the regular season starts.
Man, we got a long list of #Packers inactives: The injured: CB King (groin), S Whitehead, FB Kerridge (calf), OLB Matthews, OLB Perry, ILB Tripp, C Patrick, OL Barclay, OT Bulaga, DT Adams and OLB Elliott. The guys with the injury in parentheses are new injuries.
Now here's the guys who are healthy and not suiting up: Rodgers, Adams, Cobb, HHCD, Burnett, Linsley, Taylore, Evans, Daniels, Bennett, Nelson, Montgomery Lowry and Clark.
QB Brett Hundley will start and is expected to play a half.
I don't think so. They may still be working out some contractual things. I would think it's coming soon.
We hope to do it next Tuesday.
There is no first-rounder and Kevin King (groin) is out. S Josh Jones will play.
I think it's wishful thinking. There might be some teams willing to pony up a fourth or fifth, but I"d be surprised if it were any higher.
It allows people to respond and counter with informed opinion.
He's paid by the Packers. Enough said.
