McCarthy sent the offense out first and then changed his mind. Or else there was confusion who was supposed to be on the field.
They are not a good short yardage team, no question. I still don't get why they don't use Lacy more on those plays, but I guess I understand why not today. They were limited in who they could use to run the ball.
But the guy can't leap or drive like he normally can because of a bad ankle. That's the main reason. Plus, he's probably at more risk to get hurt.
OK, Capers is going back to his usual first-down defense. Now it's 3-4 with Datone Jones as the end opposite Daniels.
That's a really good question. I will try to find out what I can about that. Like it really hurts them to release that info.
Randall is known to get shaken up and come back, so I wouldn't count him out.
They've got Randall on the bench with the trainer and Dr. McKenzie.
Goodson is the right corner, Gunter on teh lef side.
Wow, did Burnett get juked badly by Elliott. Had him squared up for the tackle and Elliott just cut past him like he wasn't there.
Packers finally get the Cowboys in third and long. They'll go with their dime defense. Let's see if Capers blitzes.
Micah Hyde slips trying to cover Beasley and leaves him wide open over the middle. Hyde can't handle his quickness.
The biggest mistake there was McCarthy calling timeouts. I'm not sure what he thought his offense was going to do with the ball if they got it back.
That was Gunter on those two completions.
With 15 seconds left, the best the Packers can do is a field goal and they still need 20 yards for that.
Going to have one more play left to get in position for a field goal.
Well, that was one of the more interesting things I've seen. The Cowboys completely gave the Packers the middle of the field. They lined up their defense just off the sideline and made Rodgers throw down the middle of the field. Great strategy.
