Flag in the Ravens backfield.
Roughing the passer on Dean Lowry. Blow to the head. Yep.
Well, Clinton-Dix hung onto that one. Couldn't have come at a better time either.
Terrible throw to Woodhead. Flat and not out in front. Similar to Hundley's throw.
Ball is at the 2-yard line.
There's a trust throw. Expect Adams to be there and throw it like you mean it.
Could have been released even a little earlier.
Ravens are starting to bring a safety into the box. They rotated Jefferson down from a Cover 2 look and moved Weddle to the middle. Play-action or bootleg will help against that.
Give Williams credit for not going down upon contact. He carries people on his back for a few yards.
Anything to keep the chains moving I guess.
There's my favorite, the Wildcat.
And it's as productive as always.
In case you guys haven't listened to the podcast, I HATE the wildcat.
One thing Hundley does do well is throw the slant.
If the Ravens are going to keep 8 in the box, Hundley has to take advantage of it.
That play was set up for Cobb going deep, but he was doubled. Someone missed a block. He should not have had pressure from that side.
You have to have single coverage for slants to be effective. They don't work against every defense. You can't just run them when the defense is dropping linebackers into coverage.
Kendricks didn't give Hundley a chance to get that throw off. Didn't hold his block long enough and Richard Rodgers didn't pick off the guy after he got past Kendricks. Huge loss.
Mays came in for one play and now he's out again.
Successfully? Why would you run a route that is going to be covered?
Just bad timing on the screen. Hundley thought Williams was covered. I'd like to see that again.
