I think that's a pretty good comparison. Both big-bodied receivers who can make some plays down the field.
Will do. He hasn't been in the game yet.
They'll give him another chance. It was a very minor crime.
I don't think Hawkins will end up being a starter. Rollins is ahead of Randall right now. House is going to be the No. 1 corner to start the year. Eventually, the Packers would love King to take that spot. But I think it's going to take a while.
Publicly, they say no. Privately, I'd be shocked if they aren't.
POT IS AGAINST THE LEAGUE'S SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY, SO IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT'S LEGAL.
You wouldn't think so. But it does seem a little more difficult than it should.
Randall is better in the slot than outside, I think. He has the potential to be a really good blitzer.
Donatello Brown is probably the best of the undrafted corners this year. He nearly had a pick down the left sideline. Nice play.
Rollins, Randall (if his concussion is gone) and King, I think.
Blake Martinez with a nice play against the run. He sliced inside to stop Perine for a loss of 1 yard.
Martinez has been up and down in camp, buried at times on the depth chart. He needs to keep playing well.
I liked him before the draft. We shall see.
LaDarius Gunter just walked off the field with the trainers. He was down for a bit.
McCoy leads a scoring drive for Washington. He capped it off with a 16-yard TD to Niles Paul. ILB Cody Heiman in coverage.
It's now 17-14 Washington with 5:30 remaining in the third quarter.
Got ya, Kris. Washington just scored. Great catch by Paul in the end zone.
It's hard to expect the 2s and 3s (and 4s) to win consistently. But yes, it's not been a great half.
Very astute comment. This is exactly why they are playing safeties at ILB.
