There's Montravius Adams. Interesting that he's played better against the run than against the pass.
He is one of those guys who won't be back.
When Tony Brown gets more experience, he'll sit on that route and pick that ball off. It's a blitz and he has to know that ball is coming out quick. Could have been a pick 6.
I wouldn't give up on Adams yet. It takes D-linemen three years to really get used to the pro game.
More like third preseason when they play the starters.
I don't think so. I think he'll be re-signed.
Josh Jones goes for the big hit and misses.
That's a really nice play from Tramon Williams. Great defense.
That was nice an easy. Nice looking play with the receiver blocking down on Matthews. No one filled.
The rest of the defense followed the play fake from Darnold to the right. It left the Jets with numbers on the left.
Tony Brown is offsides on the extra point.
12 plays, 83 yards, 6:39. JETS 7, PACKERS 0.
I don't think so. He's had a lot more pressures than you would think and if he's used more creatively and possibly in the middle, he can be a fairly effective player. I would still draft edge rushers, but he's worth re-signing at reasonable price.
No. Last year, he was transitioning from safety to a hybrid linebacker spot. This is his first year playing inside. Can't judge him yet.
They do have a lot of holes, no question. But you don't have to fill every one. You need to get some impact players and then fill spots around them with middle tier players. You don't need a star at eveyr position. You can't do that in the salary cap era.
He should be trying to win the game.
