Hello everyone, welcome to the live blog of Packers vs. Vikings. We're live from USBank Stadium where the sun is shining brightly through the panels.
Are you all ready for three hours of fun?
It's going to be tough, although I'll say they'd be in a lot worse shape if Bradford were playing. Nevertheless, how much confidence can you have in Randall and Rollins holding up an entire game. It will be interesting to see how Hawkins is used.
No. I doubt he'll do that at all. Bakhtiari probably doesn't want it.
He should. He should be the starter and Montgomery should be used on third downs and in some no huddle situations.
The Packers have the option of putting a franchise tag on him so I would guess he knows that and will try to get the best deal he can right up until the deadline. The Packers know with Nelson turning 33 next year and Cobb not a No. 1, they've got to get him signed. But how much? He's not Dez Bryant or A.J. Green.
No question they caught a break. Bradford would have eaten that group up. And don't think Keenum won't be flinging it around. The front seven has to get after him.
Yes, he is. He's starting to look like the guy the Packers let go in free agency, the guy who couldn't ever stay healthy.
Good question. I'd have to check but it certainly feels that way.
Spread them out to start and see how the offensive line holds up.
Yes, Big matchup between Clark and Daniels and backup left guard Jeremiah Stiles and rookie center Pat Elflein.
Very well could be. I'm going to keep saying it, Lance Kendricks needs to be a bigger part of this offense.
I don't think so. I think they can afford both for now. Maybe they ask him or Nelson for a pay cut. But way too early to predict that.
Could. Depends on how they use Harrison Smith. H
They could leave him deep, although they really like him close to the line of scrimmage. So you could be right.
Right now, they don't need him. They need him to just get healthy. He didn't have a training camp. This is really only his fourth week where he's been cleared. You have to be patient with him. He's not ready yet.
