What did they take last year, six straight to start the draft? It goes in cycles.
As I've mentioned a number of times on here, they're going to need a lot of pass rush from their defensive line. That's why they signed Wilkerson. I wouldn't be surprised to see them playing a hybrid 4-3 with Perry as an elephant end and three DL.
You know, I haven't really talked to anybody about Yancey. He was kind of off my radar and so I lost track of him. I don't know how they feel about him.
I don't see him being able to block at all.
But we'll have the blog open during training camp so you can read all our Tweets.
One more pick and then the Packers are on the clock.
Jacksonville just took Leon Jacobs.
Probably be an under defense with Burks and Matthews outside. But I'm not talking about this as a permanent defense. I think Pettine will be flexible and use many fronts.
Packers are on the clock....
He's 6-2 3/4, 286 pounds. Ran a 4.89, 28 on the bench, 35 1/2 vertical.
Sounds like an inside guy similar to Wilkerson who can play inside or end. But he doesn't have pass rush ability, or hasn't shown it, and is relatively small to play the run. Big hands, but his arms are short. Not as tall as Dean Lowry, but seems somewhat similar. Really good athlete.
His brother plays for the Cowboys.
and the Packers go with Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame.
I have a way of contacting some people who know who's signing. And I follow Twitter.
