It will totally be BPA. They've got a long list of seventh-round / free agent guys and they will go for the best guy on their board. The UDFAs will be for positions they weren't able to address in the draft along with some athlete types.
That stuff gets decided much later. I'm not sure. Christine Michael could do it. Montgomery could do it. Janis could do it. They don't have an electric returner type however.
Think about, these guys were all college LTs: Bahktiari, Bulaga, Lang, Sitton, Tretter, Barclay, Spriggs, Murphy.
We have a Spicey who says, 'Last question.' That's about it.
Ditto. You need some Columbian roast.
He's going to have to earn it, no doubt. Guys like King and Jones are going to be core special teams players. They will be gunners on punt coverage.
That's a great point. I hadn't thought about it like that. Now that's the kind of discourse I love on this blog. That is really something to consider as the years go on. Ask me that in February.
Hey, Worthy is playing in the CFL I believe. Let's not call him a total washout!
You mean like Jarrett Bush?
He's a project. The only reason he was drafted this highly was his workout. So a lot will depend on whether he's really an instinctive football player.
Kofi will be on a conference call here shortly.
It was pretty clear from the start. Worthy couldn't get around anybody and Harrell was just stuck in mud.
Kofi: Worked me mostly as a guard in pro day. I visited them a couple of weeks. I played center my first two years and then right tackle and guard a few times. Mostly left tackle.
Kofi: I weigh 308. I played around 290-295 range.
Kofi: My strength is my athleticism, my strength off the ball, my quickness of the ball and I feel I can identify defenses well.
Kofi; Graduated in December in Information Technology.
We could hardly hear him. Worst connection we've had so far.
I'm going to take a short break to get myself ready for the final push. I shall be back shortly.
